Starkeytown is a two mile stretch of mountain road in the middle of the woods with a handful of local residents and three beautiful vacation rentals. When you enter Starkeytown, it is like entering a seperate world from what you have come to know in the Pigeon Forge, Smoky Mountain and even Wears Valley area. As the Starkeytown Sisters we are working to keep our Two Incredible Miles as they are, where our history, heritage, peace and tranquility remain as a very special place for families to gather.

You’ll find Starkeytown Road in the hollar, adjacent to Pigeon Forge and Wears Valley, it’s own magical place. You may be familiar with Mill Creek Rd in the area, Starkeytown is located in the Mill Creek Road area at the very gateway of the Smoky Mountains. You’ll find Starkey Hollow, Starkey Gap, Starkey Cove in Starkeytown, lying between Shinbone Ridge and Bearwallow Gap. When you enter the area, you won’t miss your GPS system. We have Two Incredible Miles of stream, waterfalls, wildflowers, plum trees, raspberries, wildlife and more.
